Certifications and Specialized Training
Every team member completes a comprehensive onboarding process, including fingerprinting, criminal background, driving record (MVR) reviews, health screenings, and additional required clearances. Multiple layers of verification ensure we meet the highest standards of safety, reliability, and accountability.
Training includes safe route procedures, student loading and unloading protocols, emergency response preparedness, and maintaining a safe environment on every route.
All drivers and aides are certified in CPR/First Aid/AED within 30 days of hire. Our team is trained in proper car seat usage, child passenger safety, and supporting students with diverse needs..
